SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Destinations:

As of now, we ship only within India. We do not ship internationally.

Order Processing / Delivery Timeline: 

Current order processing time is 1-2 working days. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 8 working days after dispatch*

*Please note that these are estimated timelines, and actual delivery may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery (Mumbai ONLY): 

Same-day delivery is available in Mumbai for prepaid orders via Porter. Porter charges will be applicable and payable on delivery.

Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees will be visible on checkout based on your pincode.

Shipping/COD fees (if any) are not refundable in any case.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

We offer COD at additional charges and please note, we reserve the right to deny Cash on Delivery (COD) services to customers who have previously failed to accept their COD orders upon delivery.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link via email.

Undelivered Prepaid Orders:

If a prepaid order is returned back to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be refunded back to the customer in the form of a store credit. Shipping & RTO charges of ₹200 will be deducted and the balance will be issued in the form of a store credit.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT 

Returns:

We do not allow returns, and all sales made are considered final.

We do not provide refunds.

Replacements:

A replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:

- Incorrect/missing items

- Product defective on arrival

- Parcel damaged during transit

In the case of an incorrect/missing or defective order or damage during transit, we require customers to provide a complete uncut unboxing video from opening the package to the end, ensuring all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping partner and helps us assess the issue accurately.

To initiate a replacement, please email us at bloomeindia@gmail.com with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review it. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.

Bloome reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet our requirements.

Please note, we don’t provide any repair services or guarantee/warranty

RING SIZE EXCHANGE: 

To request a ring size exchange, please email us at bloomeindia@gmail.com with the subject line Ring Exchange – Your Name – Order Number. Please also mention the size you need in exchange as well.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A ₹250 exchange fee will be applicable to cover the pickup of the original product and delivery of the exchanged item.
  • Once your request is approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address.
  • After the product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check, your exchanged ring will be dispatched.
