SHIPPING POLICY 

At Bloome, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Destinations:

As of now, we ship only within India. We do not ship internationally.

Order Processing Time: 

Once you place an order, we process and dispatch it within 2 to 3 working days.

Personalised products are processed and dispatched within 7 working days.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The estimated delivery time depends on your location. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 2 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Same day delivery options are available within Mumbai at additional charges. Kindly get in touch with us before placing your order for the same.

Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees:

We provide free standard shipping on prepaid orders across India.

Additional charges apply for COD and same day delivery within Mumbai.

Shipping/COD fees (if any) are not refundable in any case.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link via email. You can use this tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT 

Returns:

We do not allow returns, and all sales made are considered final.

If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to you at an additional charge of ₹200.

Replacements:

A replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:

- Incorrect item received

- Product defective on arrival

- Parcel damaged during transit

In the case of an incorrect or defective order or damage during transit, we require customers to provide a complete uncut unboxing video from start to end, ensuring all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.

To initiate an replacement, please email us at bloomeindia@gmail.com with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.

Bloome reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet our requirements.

Exclusions:

Please note that concerns arising from not following proper jewelry care instructions are not eligible for a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations by Bloome:

We strive to fulfill each order to the best of our abilities. However, there may be rare occasions where we are unable to process an order and must cancel it.

If any portion or the entire order needs to be canceled, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, any payment made for the canceled item(s) will be reversed back to your account within 3-5 business days.

Customer-initiated Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate customer-initiated cancellations. Therefore, we request you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
